Fatal Phoenix shooting death of Rayeon McKinnon – Obituary

Rayeon McKinnon, 33, succumbed to his injuries after being shot Friday evening near 7th Street and Indian School Road in Phoenix, Arizona.

Phoenix police responded to the scene around 7:15 p.m. and discovered McKinnon suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later passed away.

Authorities, with assistance from the Arizona Department of Public Safety, apprehended 55-year-old Henry Turner in connection with the incident. Turner faces multiple felony charges, including murder and unlawful possession of a firearm.
