Fatal Miami Township car crash death of Vanessa Martinez – Obituary
A 27-year-old woman, Vanessa Martinez from Altus, Oklahoma, was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Interstate 675 in Miami Township.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 10:57 p.m. when Martinez was walking in the left lane and was hit by a 2013 Honda Accord traveling northbound.
The driver of the car was uninjured, but Martinez was pronounced dead at the scene. The Ohio State Highway Patrol, along with several local agencies, responded to the crash.
