Fatal southeast Oak Cliff shooting death of Charles Powell – Obituary

Dallas police are investigating a shooting that claimed the life of 42-year-old Charles Powell early Sunday morning. Officers responded to a call on Langdon Road in the southeast Oak Cliff area around 1:10 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Powell had suffered fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities have not yet identified a suspect in the shooting, and no arrests have been made.
