Fatal Louisville shooting death of Kaveion L. Talbert – Obituary
Kaveion L. Talbert, 19, of Louisville, was tragically killed in a shooting on December 27, 2024, in the Park Hill neighborhood. The incident occurred around 8:20 p.m. in an alley off the 2700 block of Dumesnil Street.
Emergency responders treated Talbert at the scene before transporting him to the University of Louisville Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries from multiple gunshot wounds.
Louisville Metro Police Department continues to investigate the case but has not yet identified any suspects. They urge anyone with information to contact their anonymous tip line at 502-574-LMPD or provide tips online through the LMPD Crime Tip Portal.
