Jamal Wright, a 27-year-old resident of Maryland, tragically passed away following a single-vehicle accident in Owings Mills. The crash occurred on January 1 around 10:30 a.m. on Owings Mills Boulevard near Interstate 795.
Baltimore County Police reported that Wright was driving a 2013 Ford Expedition southbound when the vehicle collided with a retaining wall for reasons still under investigation. Emergency responders transported Wright to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
