Fatal North Omaha car crash death of Robert Craig – Obituary
A two-vehicle collision in North Omaha on Wednesday afternoon led to the tragic death of 33-year-old Robert Craig. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. on Sorensen Parkway near 35th Street.
According to investigators, a 2007 Lincoln MKZ, driven by Craig, was heading east on Sorensen Parkway and attempting to turn onto 32nd Street when it collided with a westbound 2015 Infiniti sedan.
Emergency personnel rushed Craig to the University of Nebraska Medical Center with CPR in progress. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital.
The driver of the Infiniti remained unharmed. Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
