Fatal Boone County hit-and-run crash death of Guillermo Bonilla Cabral – Obituary
Guillermo Bonilla Cabral, a 20-year-old man, was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Boone County, Illinois, on December 29. Authorities responded to the scene just before 6 a.m. in the 11000 block of Rt. 173, where Cabral was found laying in the road.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. It remains unclear why Cabral was in the area, as he had no known local ties. The Boone County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information from the public regarding the crash or the vehicle involved.
