Authorities have confirmed that Nicole Grogan, 22, and her 12-day-old son, Oliver Stratton, perished in a devastating house fire on Chunks Brook Road in Sandgate, Vermont, on New Year’s Day. Two other individuals remain hospitalized in New York as investigations into the fire continue.
