Fatal Old Town Kern stabbing death of Paul Camarillo Jr. – Obituary
Paul Camarillo Jr., 35, of Bakersfield, was identified as the victim of a deadly stabbing that occurred late on New Year’s Day in Old Town Kern. The incident took place around 11:05 p.m. on the 500 block of East 18th Street.
Bakersfield Police officers responded to a report of a stabbing and found Camarillo Jr. with critical injuries. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Authorities arrested 59-year-old Kenneth Landcraft in connection with the fatal stabbing. Police confirmed there are no additional suspects linked to the case.
