Fatal Lawrence County crash death of Tammy W. Sawyer and Jimmie R. Bailey – Obituary
On Friday morning, January 3, 2025, a tragic wreck claimed the lives of Tammy W. Sawyer, 55, of Trinity, and Jimmie R. Bailey, 71, of Bremen. The crash occurred at around 9:45 a.m. on Alabama 157 near Alabama 36, approximately six miles south of Moulton.
Both victims were in a 2017 Toyota Corolla that was struck by a 2010 Dodge Dakota. Sawyer and Bailey were pronounced dead at the scene. State Troopers are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
