Fatal Lake City car crash death of Charles and Tracy Carol Fails – Obituary
On Thursday afternoon, Charles Harrison Fails, 51, and his wife, 49-year-old Tracy Carol Fails, tragically lost their lives in a car crash in Lake City.
The accident occurred when their vehicle lost control and collided with a utility pole on SW Baya Drive near SE Perry Avenue.
Both victims suffered fatal injuries. The Lake City Police Department has thanked the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, Florida Highway Patrol, Lake City Fire Department, and Columbia County Emergency Medical Services for their quick and effective response during the investigation.
