Fatal Polk County motorcycle crash death of Kevin Loring – Obituary
Kevin Loring, 37, tragically lost his life on Sunday, January 5, 2025, after a motorcycle crash on U.S. 27 near Charles Street, close to Frostproof, Florida.
The crash occurred when a van, which had been stopped at a stop sign, turned left onto the highway directly in front of Loring’s motorcycle.
The collision caused Loring to be thrown from his bike, and despite efforts to aid him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the van, a 48-year-old woman, sustained minor injuries and was transported to a hospital. An investigation into the incident is ongoing by local authorities.
