Kevin Skinner, a firefighter with the Orange County Fire Authority, tragically passed away on January 5, 2025, after suffering a cardiac arrest while responding to a residential fire in Laguna Niguel.
Skinner, serving as a Fire Apparatus Engineer, collapsed at the scene just before 5 a.m Despite immediate efforts to revive him and his transport to the hospital, he did not survive.
The OCFA expressed deep sorrow at the loss of Skinner, a dedicated and esteemed member of the team, and offered condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time.
