On Monday, December 16, 2024, 72-year-old Michael Kawasaki was tragically struck and killed by a vehicle along Sepulveda Boulevard in Manhattan Beach.
Police reports confirm that the incident occurred around 6:35 a.m. in the 900 block near 8th Street.
Kawasaki sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle remained at the location and cooperated with investigators.
