Fatal Lake Havasu City solo vehicle crash death of Jeffery Azar – Obituary

Jeffery Azar, 70, tragically died in a solo vehicle crash on Fremont Drive in Lake Havasu City on the morning of December 31, 2024.

Officers responded to the scene around 11:18 a.m. and found Azar unresponsive behind the wheel of his vehicle. Despite efforts to save his life, Azar was pronounced dead at the scene.

 

The vehicle, which had collided with a block wall and a mailbox, offered no immediate explanation for the crash. Azar had been traveling south on Fremont Drive before the crash occurred, leaving the community grappling with the sudden and unexpected loss.

 

Lake Havasu City Police identified the victim as a longtime local resident, and no other individuals were injured in the incident.

Investigations into the cause of the crash are still ongoing, with authorities vowing to release more information as it becomes available.
