Norazuat Mokhtar, 39, tragically lost his life in a fatal crash on his way to Kuantan. The incident took place around 8:50 p.m. when the trailer he was driving, loaded with scrap metal, veered off the road and plunged into a 20-meter-deep ravine.
Norazuat was traveling from Bukit Kemuning, Klang, Selangor, when the accident occurred. Both he and another passenger, later identified as Shamsol from Taiping, Perak, were killed instantly in the crash.
Authorities initially reported difficulty in identifying the second victim, but Shamsol’s family confirmed his identity at Bentong Hospital earlier today. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the crash.
