The Honolulu Department of the Medical Examiner has confirmed that Carmelita Benigno, aged 61, was the fourth victim killed in the tragic fireworks explosion in Aliamanu. The cause and manner of her death are still under investigation.
Benigno’s death follows the earlier identification of three other victims in the incident: Nelie Ibarra, 58, Jennifer Van, 23, and 3-year-old Cassius Ramos-Benigno.
