Fatal Orange City crash death of Samantha Marshall – Obituary
Samantha Marshall, 45, of Deltona, tragically died on January 7, 2025, after a head-on collision in Orange City.
The crash occurred at approximately 9:05 p.m. on Veterans Memorial Parkway when a 2010 Mercedes SUV, driven by Jairam Singh, 44, of Deltona, was traveling in the wrong direction and collided with a 2018 Kia van.
Marshall was a passenger in the Mercedes and was transported to Advent Health Fish Memorial Hospital, where she was pronounced dead shortly after. Singh was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The driver and passenger of the Kia van, both Deltona residents, sustained serious injuries but are reported to be in stable condition. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the wrong-way driving incident.
