Fatal Houston shooting death of Travione Pratt – Obituary
Houston police are asking for the public’s help in locating two persons of interest related to the fatal shooting of 32-year-old Travione Pratt on December 22, 2024.
The shooting occurred around 10:40 p.m. at 5145 Higgins Street, and Pratt was found unresponsive on the ground near an apartment, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics declared him dead at the scene.
The first individual sought for questioning is 36-year-old Vincent “Chuck” Mosley, while the second person of interest is an unidentified Black male. Both individuals have not been charged, but photos of them have been released.
Detectives suspect that the individuals may have been in a black Jeep Grand Cherokee and/or a silver Nissan Altima at the time of the shooting.
The Houston Police Department’s Homicide Division has not yet determined a suspect or motive in the case.
