Fatal Stiles car crash death of Rhiley Peterson – Obituary

Rhiley Peterson, a 24-year-old woman from Wausaukee, tragically lost her life in a car crash Saturday night in the town of Stiles, Oconto County.

The incident occurred around 9:50 p.m. when Peterson’s vehicle veered off U.S. 141, south of the Stiles Road intersection, entered a ditch, and rolled over multiple times.

Emergency responders pronounced Peterson dead at the scene. A 1-year-old child who was also in the vehicle was transported to a hospital in Green Bay for medical evaluation.

Authorities are still investigating the cause of the accident.
