On Wednesday evening, 36-year-old Buford Troman White was fatally shot in Tarrant, Alabama. The incident occurred on the 1500 block of Mountain Drive around 7:06 p.m., and White was declared deceased at the scene approximately 27 minutes later, at 7:33 p.m.
