Fatal Chicago shooting death of Jamaal Vaughan – Obituary

Jamaal Vaughan, a 20-year-old man from Englewood, was fatally shot inside a home on Chicago’s South Side early Sunday morning.

Authorities reported that the shooting took place around 6:11 a.m. in the 10600 block of South Walden Parkway. According to police, an argument between two men escalated, leading one of them to open fire inside the residence.

Vaughan sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, and detectives from CPD Area Two are actively investigating the case.
