Fatal La Salle County, Texas motorcycle crash death of John Nicholas Ruiz – Obituary
A motorcycle crash in La Salle County on Sunday evening resulted in the death of 35-year-old John Nicholas Ruiz from Cotulla, Texas.
According to Texas DPS, the accident occurred around 7 p.m. on Interstate 35 South near mile marker 72. Investigators reported that Ruiz was riding a blue Harley Davidson when he failed to maintain his lane. The motorcycle veered into the center median and struck the median cable, throwing him from the bike.
Ruiz sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
