Fatal Johnson County shooting death of Eduardo E. Portillo – Obituary
Authorities have confirmed that 28-year-old Eduardo E. Portillo of Independence, Missouri, was the victim of a fatal shooting in Johnson County on Tuesday night.
Officers responded to reports of an armed disturbance around 10:30 PM in the 15900 block of West 127th Street in Olathe. Upon arrival, they discovered Portillo suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Law enforcement officials have identified and made contact with all individuals involved in the incident. However, no arrests have been reported at this time as the investigation continues.
