Fatal Northwest Side crash death of Valvemar Garcia – Obituary
A tragic accident on Thursday evening claimed the life of 44-year-old Valvemar Garcia in San Antonio’s Northwest Side. The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed his identity following the crash.
The collision took place around 5:40 PM near Kyle Seale Parkway and Sonoma Parkway. According to the San Antonio Police Department, Garcia was driving a Suzuki Grand Vitara when he attempted to enter the roadway but failed to yield to an approaching F210 truck. The truck struck the side of Garcia’s vehicle, resulting in fatal injuries.
Authorities reported that the driver of the truck remained at the scene and is not facing any charges. The investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
