Fatal Richmond restaurant stabbing death of Kyron Fowlkes – Obituary

Kyron Fowlkes, a 42-year-old from South Hill in Mecklenburg County, was fatally stabbed inside the kitchen of Lemon Cuisine of India in Richmond on February 6.

 

Richmond police responded to the restaurant, located at 3215 West Broad Street, at 11:58 p.m. after receiving a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers found Fowlkes unresponsive with a stab wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

 

Investigators determined that an argument among customers escalated into violence, leading to the stabbing. Authorities urge anyone with information to contact Major Crimes Detective B. Plaskett at 804-646-3431.
