Authorities have identified a man who was fatally shot in Minneapolis on Thursday night.
Police responded around 8:50 p.m. to the 2400 block of 18th Avenue South, where they discovered 31-year-old Roberto Julia Manzano-Gomez suffering from severe gunshot wounds. He was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center, where he later died.
Investigators believe the gunfire occurred at close range, and a group of three to four individuals was seen fleeing the scene on foot.
