Fatal Orangeburg County car crash death of Shedrick Calloway Jr. – Obituary
Authorities have confirmed that 28-year-old Shedrick Calloway Jr. from Orangeburg County lost his life in a tragic car accident on Saturday evening.
According to the Orangeburg County Coroner’s Office, Calloway suffered fatal blunt force injuries following a collision on US Highway 178 near Kennerly Road at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Officials reported that a Honda Accord, traveling east, and a Ford Expedition, heading west, were involved in the accident. The impact resulted in the death of the Accord’s driver, identified as Calloway, at the scene. Meanwhile, the driver of the Expedition was unharmed.
Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine the factors that led to the crash.
