Fatal Washington crash death of Joshua Theriault-Patten – Obituary
Joshua Theriault-Patten, 37, of Newcastle, tragically passed away after a two-vehicle crash in Washington on Sunday night.
The collision occurred around 9:32 p.m. on Route 17 when Theriault-Patten’s 2009 Hyundai Accent crossed the centerline and collided with a 2016 Subaru Forester driven by Noah McGrath, 27, of Portland.
Both drivers were trapped in their vehicles, and emergency responders rushed them to MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital.
Unfortunately, Theriault-Patten succumbed to his injuries, while McGrath suffered minor injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
