An accident on the 215 Beltway in Las Vegas claimed the life of 18-year-old Dwayne Demetrius Wade on Sunday night after his motorcycle collided with a street sweeper.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, Wade was riding a black 2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R at a high rate of speed in the eastbound lanes of the Beltway near Jones Boulevard when he crashed into the rear of a white 2016 Isuzu Street Sweeper. The impact ejected Wade from his motorcycle, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities confirmed that no other injuries resulted from the crash. The investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
