Trina Rene McLaurin, a 60-year-old woman, tragically lost her life in a hit-and-run collision on February 23, 2025, in the Florence area of Los Angeles.
The incident occurred around 6:15 p.m. at 74th and Main streets while McLaurin was walking across the street in a crosswalk.
She was struck by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene. The Los Angeles County Office of Medical Examiner confirmed McLaurin’s identity. Police are still searching for the driver involved in the crash.
