Portland police have identified 32-year-old Cedrell Washington as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred late Monday night, March 3, 2025, on North Williams Avenue.
Authorities confirmed that Washington died from gunshot wounds, and the Medical Examiner ruled his death a homicide. His family has been informed and has requested privacy.
Washington was one of two people shot and killed within a 30-minute span that night. Police have not made any arrests in connection with the case.
