Early on the morning of March 6, 2025, Justin Fisher, 28, tragically lost his life in a single-vehicle crash in Mesa. The accident occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. near Guadalupe and Ellsworth roads, east of the Loop 202 Santan Freeway.
Fisher was driving westbound on Guadalupe when he struck a curb, causing his car to veer off the road and crash into a tree. The impact caused the tree to catch fire, splitting Fisher’s car into three sections. Fisher was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation is ongoing, and while speed is believed to be a contributing factor, there were no signs of the vehicle attempting to brake before the crash.
