Fatal Bluestem Lake shooting death of Enrique “Ricky” Ramon Urbana – Obituary
Enrique “Ricky” Ramon Urbana, 19, was fatally shot during an altercation at Bluestem Lake near Pawhuska. Authorities reported that the incident took place at a juvenile’s birthday party where alcohol was present.
Osage County deputies responded to reports of a shooting early Saturday morning and found Urbana with fatal injuries. Following an investigation, Caleb “Laylo” Andrews was identified as the primary suspect and taken into custody in Pawnee.
Three additional individuals—Allen Brown, Charli Alexander, and Owen Ewing—were later arrested for their alleged roles in the crime.
