Fatal Birmingham crash death of Juanita Lashea Salery – Obituary
Juanita Lashea Salery, a 23-year-old Birmingham resident, lost her life in a head-on collision early Saturday morning, according to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
Authorities reported that Salery was traveling north in the southbound lanes of I-59/20 when her vehicle collided with another car. The crash occurred at approximately 3:58 a.m.
Emergency responders pronounced Salery dead at the scene. The circumstances leading up to the crash remain under investigation by state troopers.
