Fatal San Antonio bicycle crash death of Homer Idrogo – Obituary
The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified Homer Idrogo, 51, of San Antonio, as the victim of a fatal accident on Historic Old Highway 90.
Idrogo was attempting to cross the street early Friday morning, March 7, when he was struck by a white Ford pickup truck around 6:15 a.m. in the 300 block of the highway.
Witnesses reported that the truck driver fled the scene, and shortly after, a second vehicle ran over Idrogo. The driver of the second vehicle remained at the scene.
Idrogo was pronounced dead from blunt force injuries, and his death has been ruled an accident. The police are continuing their investigation into the incident, including locating the driver of the pickup truck who fled.
