Patricia King-Facchini, 56, passed away at 5:55 a.m. on March 2 at MUSC after being struck by a vehicle in North Charleston, according to Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal. The incident occurred around 8:32 p.m. in the 6200 block of Dorchester Road.
