Julio Rivas Rivera, 24, lost his life in a motorcycle accident involving a semi-trailer on the northbound Harbor (110) Freeway in Torrance. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office confirmed his identity following the crash, which occurred Monday morning.
The California Highway Patrol reported that the incident took place at 11:18 a.m. near Sepulveda Boulevard. The collision led to a SigAlert, disrupting traffic in the area.
