Fatal Springfield, Massachusetts shooting death of Aubrey Wyatt – Obituary
Aubrey Wyatt, a 42-year-old Springfield resident, was fatally shot on Friday night, March 14, 2025. Officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation on Orange Street around 10:50 p.m.
Upon arrival, they discovered Wyatt inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to Baystate Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.
The Springfield Police Department is investigating the homicide, with support from the Hampden District Attorney’s Office.
No suspects have been identified, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
