Fatal Kalamazoo shooting death of Shaughqual Laqia Anderson – Obituary
A 23-year-old man was shot and killed late Tuesday night in Kalamazoo, according to authorities.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 10:43 p.m. in the 1100 block of Cadillac Street, located west of Douglas Avenue. Shortly after, Shaughqual Laqia Anderson arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest.
Despite efforts to save him, Anderson was pronounced dead at 11:13 p.m.
