Fatal Lamar County motorcycle crash death of Braxton Boone – Obituary
Braxton Boone, a 22-year-old from Hattiesburg, lost his life in a motorcycle accident on U.S. 98 in Lamar County on Saturday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 3:30 p.m. near the Bellevue Corner Market. According to Lamar County Sheriff Danny Rigel, Boone was riding on U.S. 98 when a car pulled out in front of him, leading to a fatal collision.
Emergency responders arrived, but Boone was pronounced dead at the scene. His family has been notified of the tragedy.
The Mississippi Highway Patrol is continuing its investigation into the circumstances of the crash.
