On the night of March 21, 2025, a shooting occurred near 4100 North Black Canyon Access Road in Phoenix, resulting in the death of 25-year-old Tyson Harris. Police responded to the scene at approximately 11:30 p.m., where they found Harris suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital but later pronounced dead.
As the investigation continued, officers discovered another gunshot victim near the scene. This individual, whose injuries were not life-threatening, was also transported to the hospital.
Further investigation revealed that two more people, a man and a woman, were found in Mesa with gunshot wounds. They too were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
