Fatal Oakville homicide death of Baljeet ‘Bally’ Toki – Obituary
Halton police have confirmed that the death of 43-year-old Baljeet ‘Bally’ Toki, of Oakville, is being investigated as a homicide. Toki was found deceased inside Montagio Custom Tailoring on Lakeshore Road East, near Navy Street, on Saturday afternoon, March 22, 2025. Authorities say the death was initially considered suspicious, but it has since been classified as a homicide.
Investigators are asking the public for any information, particularly from those who may have surveillance footage or dashcam video from the area between Trafalgar Road and Navy Street on that Saturday. While the investigation continues, police have assured the public that there is no known threat to safety.
