Richard Allen Tate, a 57-year-old man from Becker, was found deceased in his home earlier this week. The body was discovered after concerned neighbors noticed animals wandering from his property and alerted authorities. Monroe County deputies responded to the scene, and the Coroner’s Office later identified Tate.
He had been living in a small building without electricity and had known health issues. The Coroner confirmed that his death was due to natural causes and no foul play is suspected.
