Delaware State Police have identified 35-year-old Issa Sheriff of Darby, Pennsylvania, as the victim of a deadly crash that took place Monday morning on I-495 in Wilmington.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident, and the Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit is asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to come forward.
