Fatal Oconee County car crash death of Heather Hughes – Obituary
Heather Hughes, a 41-year-old resident of Seneca, lost her life following a two-vehicle accident early Thursday morning in Oconee County. The crash happened around 4:40 a.m. along Shiloh Road near Seneca, according to information from the Oconee County Coroner’s Office.
Hughes sustained critical injuries and was transported to Greenville Memorial Hospital, where she passed away later that night as a result of the collision.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is currently handling the investigation into the cause of the accident.
