Fatal Kirkwood motorcycle crash death of Maxwell L. Kintner – Obituary
Maxwell L. Kintner, a 23-year-old resident of Vestal, has been confirmed as the motorcyclist who died in a crash involving three motorcycles on Interstate 81 in Kirkwood, New York. The Broome County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene at approximately 3:50 p.m. on April 3.
Authorities reported that two other individuals involved in the crash sustained serious injuries and were transported to Wilson Hospital for medical treatment.
Preliminary investigations suggested that excessive speed played a role in the collision. The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate the crash.
Emergency responders from multiple agencies assisted at the scene, including the New York State Police, Department of Transportation units from both New York and Pennsylvania, local fire departments, and several ambulance services.
