Ricardo Cisneros dies in fatal North Lubbock motorcycle crash
Fatal North Lubbock motorcycle crash death of Ricardo Cisneros – Obituary
Ricardo Cisneros, age 37, was identified as the motorcyclist who died following a collision Thursday evening in North Lubbock. The Lubbock Police Department responded to the scene at 4th Street and Slide Road around 8 p.m., where they discovered Cisneros suffering from critical injuries.
Emergency crews transported Cisneros to University Medical Center, but he was later pronounced dead.
Investigators believe Cisneros had been riding south on Slide Road when an SUV, attempting to exit a parking lot and head north, struck his motorcycle. The SUV was driven by 38-year-old Amanda Salazar.
At this time, no charges have been filed. Lubbock Police stated the Major Crash Unit is continuing to investigate the incident.
