Fatal Agat shooting death of Carl Florence Eucogco Gargarita – Obituary
Carl Florence Eucogco Gargarita, 36, was identified as the victim in a fatal shooting that occurred in Agat on April 3, 2025. Authorities say Gargarita was found with a gunshot wound to his upper torso outside a residence in the GHURA housing project at approximately 9:25 p.m. He was rushed to the Guam Memorial Hospital but was declared dead shortly after. The shooting has now been declared a homicide, and detectives are investigating the circumstances leading to the altercation between Gargarita and two unidentified males before the shooting took place. The suspects fled the scene on foot, with one later entering a gray SUV. Police are seeking the public’s help in locating the suspects.
