Samantha Christiansen dies in fatal crash near Turtle Lake
Fatal Turtle Lake crash death of Samantha Christiansen – Obituary
19-year-old Samantha Christiansen of Turtle Lake has been identified as the victim in a deadly crash that took place Monday in McLean County.
Christiansen was driving southbound on Highway 41 when she veered into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with an 80-year-old driver, Larry Lee of Velva, who was seriously injured but survived.
Lee’s passenger, 82-year-old Margie Lee, also sustained minor injuries. The crash, about 62 miles north of Bismarck, is under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
